Tutu with 6 layers of tulle in alternating colors with small scattered flowers sewn onto the first layer. The body is velvet, decorated with an ornate trim with small flowers and beads and a sweetheart neckline. Other colors available on request. Size is obtained by measuring the full circumference from shoulder to shoulder passing under the crotch and dividing the resulting circumference in half.
