Hi, I'm Assunta Granata
I was only 4 years old when a small school opened right next to our home. My mother, perhaps out of curiosity or intuition, decided to enroll me. From that moment something changed: what had been a simple afternoon activity became a deep passion, then a life choice, and finally my profession.
After years of study and teaching I wanted to combine dance with online commerce. Thus, over 20 years ago, DanzaShop was born, one of the first e-commerce sites dedicated to dance.
Today Danzashop is one of the largest online dance stores in Europe.
But it all began there: in a mirrored studio, a little girl with new shoes, and a door opened to the world of dance.
