Details

Orders are processed within 24/48 H of receipt, depending on warehouse availability. Approximate delivery is expected within the following five days. Standard shipping services do not have guaranteed delivery times and may take longer than expected. It is possible to track the package. Danzashop reserves the right to ship goods separately.

*Shipments to the Islands may require a surcharge compared to the mainland; DanzaShop will calculate the difference based on the location.

Tailor-made costumes, special orders, and custom products for schools and groups

  • 1. Shipping costs are borne by the customer; the cost varies depending on the number of packages and the weight.
  • 2. To confirm the order, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required, and the remaining 70% must be paid before the goods are shipped. The shipping amount will be added to the order balance.
  • 3. At the time of order confirmation, you are required to provide the date of the recital.
  • 4. Once the order is submitted, it is not possible to remove or add items. Any addition will be considered a new order to avoid delaying delivery times.
  • 5. No exchanges are made, except for defective goods.
  • 6. For the correct choice of sizes, we invite you to contact us by phone.

Payments

How can I pay?

Accepted payments are Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (only in Italy), and Paypal. No additional costs are applied to any of them.

Credit cards

All information entered is protected by the strictest security standards. No withdrawal will be made from your credit card until the actual availability of the products in our warehouses has been verified.

Accepted credit cards are: VISA, MisterCash, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort Banking, GiroPay, iDEAL.

We advise you to send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt via email to staff@danzashop.com or via fax to (+39) 085 9064145 to speed up the goods preparation procedures. Attention! The order will be canceled if no communication of the payment made is received within 7 days of its receipt.

You can make a payment using PayPal.

Availability

Our warehouses have fairly complete stocks and are, in most cases, visible directly on the website. Goods available in our warehouses can be shipped within 24/48 hours of the order being placed. However, there are some products that we can easily obtain from our manufacturers and suppliers, while others might be temporarily unavailable between the purchase process and our confirmation.

If the goods are not entirely in stock, DanzaShop reserves the right to make the complete shipment within 7 working days. In this case, the customer will be contacted and will have the option to receive the available goods immediately and the remaining goods later, with shipping costs at their expense. If, due to delivery delays by the supplier, delivery times exceed 7 working days, DanzaShop will make multiple shipments without further costs to the customer. This rule does not apply to tailored production garments, for which delivery times may vary depending on the item type, quantity, and period.

Exchanges and returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods and request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order.

How to request a return independently

To start the procedure simply and quickly, log in to our returns portal by clicking here: https://shopify.com/100213719370/account. Just enter your email and select the items you wish to return.

Once returned to our headquarters, their integrity will be evaluated to proceed with the exchange or refund. It is not possible to return products made or ordered specifically for the customer, such as tailored costumes and off-catalog accessories. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear and tights in opened packages or other goods indicated as non-returnable in the product description.

The products:

  • must be kept in their original packaging;
  • must have the original labels attached;
  • must not have been tried on in the case of tights or underwear;
  • must not have been opened in the case of CDs and DVDs;
  • must show manufacturing defects.

The return takes place via our courier, at a cost of 10.00 euros which also includes the shipping of the exchanged goods. The money can be included in the return envelope or paid via Paypal, credit card, or bank transfer. Regarding the right of withdrawal, it is possible to ship the goods at your own expense; once the goods are returned, only the cost of the goods will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
