Details
Orders are processed within 24/48 hours of receipt, subject to warehouse availability. Approximate delivery is expected within the following five days. Standard shipping services do not have guaranteed delivery times; they may take longer than expected. Parcel tracking is available. Danzashop reserves the right to ship goods separately. *Shipments to islands may incur a surcharge compared to the mainland; DanzaShop will calculate the difference based on the location.
Custom-tailored costumes, special orders, and personalized products

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; the cost varies based on the number of packages and weight.

To confirm the order, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required, and the remaining 70% must be paid before the goods are shipped. The shipping amount will be added to the order balance.

Upon order confirmation, the date of the recital/performance must be provided.

Once the order is submitted, items cannot be removed or added. Any addition will be considered a new order to avoid delaying delivery times.

No exchanges are made, except for defective merchandise.

Payments
How can I pay? Accepted payment methods are Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (only in Italy), and PayPal. There are no additional costs for any of these.

All information entered is protected by the strictest security standards. No charge will be made to your credit card until the actual availability of the products in our warehouses has been verified. Accepted credit cards are: VISA, MisterCash, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort Banking, GiroPay, iDEAL.

We recommend sending a copy of the bank transfer receipt via email to staff@danzashop.com or via fax to (+39) 085 9064145 to speed up the order preparation process. Attention! The order will be canceled if no communication of payment is received within 7 days of its receipt.

Availability
Our warehouses are generally well-stocked, and in most cases, availability is directly visible on the website. Goods available in our warehouses can be shipped within 24/48 hours after the order is placed. However, there are some products that we can easily procure from our manufacturers and suppliers, while others might be temporarily unavailable between the purchasing process and our confirmation.
If not all items are currently in stock, DanzaShop reserves the right to make a complete shipment within 7 working days. In this case, the customer will be contacted and will have the option to immediately receive the available goods and the remaining items at a later date, with shipping costs at their expense. If delivery times exceed 7 working days due to supplier delays, DanzaShop will make multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer. This rule does not apply to custom-tailored items, for which delivery times may vary depending on the type of article, quantity, and period.

Replacements and Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods and request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
How to request a return independently
To start the process quickly and easily, access our returns portal directly from your account. Simply enter your email and select the items you wish to return.
Once returned to our headquarters, the items' integrity will be evaluated before proceeding with the exchange or refund. It is not possible to return products made or ordered specifically for the customer, such as custom-tailored costumes and off-catalog accessories. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear and tights in opened packaging or any other goods marked as non-returnable in the product description.
The products:

must be kept in their original packaging;

must have their original labels attached;

must not have been tried on in the case of tights or underwear;

must not have been opened in the case of CDs and DVDs;

must show manufacturing defects.
Returns are made via our courier at a cost of 10.00 euros, which also includes the shipping of the exchanged goods. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. For standard withdrawals, you can ship the goods at your own expense; once the goods are returned, only the cost of the items will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
