With DanzaShop Cashback, every online purchase allows you to accumulate credit to use on your next orders.

The more you choose DanzaShop for your dance products, the more benefits you get.

The program is dedicated to private customers purchasing online on the DanzaShop website.

By purchasing eligible products, you accumulate a percentage of the amount spent as cashback credit, available in your account and usable for your next online purchases.

 

How DanzaShop Cashback Works

Participating in the program is simple:

• Place an online purchase on danzashop.com.

• Purchase eligible products.

• Accumulate 5% of the value of eligible products as cashback credit.

• Use your earned credit on your next online purchases.

• The cashback is automatically associated with your customer account.

To accumulate and correctly use your cashback credit, you must place your orders using always the same account or the same email address associated with the program.

Who Can Participate

DanzaShop Cashback is dedicated to customers making online purchases on the DanzaShop website.

Eligible participants:

• Private customers.

• Customers making online purchases through a personal account.

Ineligible participants:

• Dance schools benefiting from dedicated commercial conditions.

• Academies.

• Specialized dance high schools / performing arts schools.

• Associations.

• Teachers purchasing with professional or reserved terms.

• Companies.

• Resellers.

• B2B / Professional customers.

• Customers benefiting from dedicated commercial conditions.

Purchases made by excluded customers do not generate cashback, even if placed online.

 

How Much Cashback You Accumulate

For every eligible purchase made by a participating customer:

5% Cashback

Cashback is calculated exclusively on the value of full-priced products.

Example:

A customer purchases:

• Full-priced leotard: €80

• On-sale accessory: €20

  Cashback is calculated only on the €80 full-priced item:

  €80 × 5% = €4 cashback credit.

  The sale item does not generate cashback.

 

On Which Purchases Cashback Is Calculated

Cashback is awarded exclusively when all of the following conditions are met:

• The order is placed online on the DanzaShop website.

• The customer is eligible for the program.

• The purchased product is eligible for the program.

• The product is purchased at full price.

• The order is correctly associated with the customer's account.

Purchases made in the physical store do not generate cashback.

 

Excluded Products

The following do not generate cashback:

• On-sale products.

• Already discounted products.

• Promotional products.

• Products purchased with reserved commercial terms.

• Gift cards.

• Shipping fees.

• Customs duties and taxes.

• Accessory services.

• Any specific products or categories explicitly excluded by DanzaShop.

DanzaShop reserves the right to set additional exclusions for specific products, brands, or promotional campaigns.

 

How to Use Your Cashback Credit

Earned cashback credit is credited directly to your personal balance. There is no minimum redemption threshold. You can use your cashback even if you have earned small amounts.

Example:

• You have earned €2.50 in cashback.

• The credit is immediately available.

• You can use it on your next online order.

Cashback credit can be used exclusively:

• On danzashop.com.

• On subsequent online purchases.

• On eligible products.

• According to program terms and conditions.

Cashback cannot be applied to the order that generated it.

 

Validity of Cashback Credit

Earned cashback credit is valid for:

180 days from the credit date

Each cashback amount follows its own expiration date.

Example:

• On September 10, you earn €5 in cashback.

• The credit will be available for 180 days from the credit date.

If the credit is not used within the specified period, it will automatically expire.

DanzaShop may send reminder notifications regarding available credit and upcoming expiration dates.

 

Online Purchases and Customer Account

DanzaShop Cashback is valid exclusively for online purchases.

Purchases made in physical stores:

• Do not generate cashback.

• Do not increase your available balance.

• Do not allow the redemption of online cashback credit.

To use the program correctly, you must:

• Make purchases through your personal customer account.

• Use the exact same email address associated with the program.

Orders placed with different details may not automatically sync to the same cashback balance.

 

International Orders

DanzaShop Cashback applies to online purchases regardless of the destination country, subject to order delivery availability.

The standard terms apply:

• 5% cashback.

• Valid exclusively online.

• Calculated only on full-priced items.

• Usable only on the DanzaShop website.

The following never generate cashback:

• Shipping fees.

• Customs duties and import taxes.

• Additional service fees.

 

Boosted Cashback and Special Campaigns

During specific promotional periods, DanzaShop may launch special campaigns with boosted cashback.

These campaigns may be announced via:

• DanzaShop website.

• Newsletter.

• Social media.

• Promotional banners.

• Other official channels.

Boosted cashback will be valid exclusively:

• During the specified period.

• On involved products or categories.

• For private customers.

• On online purchases.

• Subject to campaign-specific terms.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In case of:

• Full return.

• Partial return.

• Order cancellation.

• Refund.

• Non-payment of order (cashback will not be awarded, or if already issued, will be cancelled).

The cashback related to affected products may be cancelled or recalculated.

If a customer has already used cashback credit that is subsequently cancelled due to a return, DanzaShop may deduct the corresponding amount from the available balance or future earned credits. This recovery is not subject to the 180-day validity limit.

Customers cannot keep cashback earned on returned or refunded products.

 

Limitations

Cashback:

• Cannot be converted into cash.

• Is non-refundable.

• Cannot be transferred to third parties.

• Cannot be used in physical stores.

• Cannot be applied to discounted items.

• Cannot be used to buy Gift Cards.

• Cannot cover shipping fees, customs duties, or accessory costs.

Combinability with other promotional discount codes will be defined by DanzaShop per offer terms.

 

Program Modifications

DanzaShop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the DanzaShop Cashback program.

Modifications may concern: percentage, accumulation rules, credit validity, eligible/excluded items, redemption rules, promotional campaigns, or participation terms.

Any changes will be communicated via the DanzaShop website or official channels.

 

Program Suspension

DanzaShop may suspend or exclude a customer from the program in cases of:

• Fraudulent use of cashback.

• Creation of multiple accounts.

• Misuse of promotions.

• False information.

• Violation of program terms.

In such cases, DanzaShop reserves the right to cancel available cashback balances.
