With DanzaShop Cashback, every online purchase allows you to accumulate credit to use on your next orders.

The more you choose DanzaShop for your dance products, the more benefits you can get.

The program is dedicated to customers who purchase online on the DanzaShop website, including private customers and dance schools enabled for the program, both in Italy and abroad.

By purchasing eligible products, you accumulate a percentage of the amount spent as cashback credit, available in your account and usable for your next online purchases.

How DanzaShop Cashback works

Participating in the program is simple:

1. Make an online purchase on danzashop.com.
2. Purchase products eligible for the program.
3. Accumulate 5% of the value of purchased products as cashback credit.
4. Use the accumulated credit on your next online purchases.

Cashback is automatically associated with your customer account.

To accumulate and use cashback credit correctly, it is necessary to place orders always using the same account or the same email address associated with the program.

Who can participate in the program

DanzaShop Cashback is dedicated to customers who make online purchases on the DanzaShop website.

The following can participate in the program:

• private customers residing in Italy;
• private customers residing abroad;
• customers who make online purchases through a personal account.

The cashback program is also valid for foreign dance schools that purchase online on the DanzaShop website, under the same conditions as the program.

The following cannot participate in the program:

• Italian dance schools that benefit from dedicated commercial conditions;
• academies;
• choreographic high schools;
• associations;
• teachers who purchase under professional or reserved conditions;
• companies;
• resellers;
• professional customers;
• customers who benefit from dedicated commercial conditions.

Purchases made by customers excluded from the program do not generate cashback, even if made online.

How much cashback you accumulate

For every eligible purchase made by a customer participating in the program, the following is recognized:

5% cashback

Cashback is calculated exclusively on the value of products purchased at full price.

Example:
A customer purchases:

• Full-price dance leotard: €80
• Accessory on sale: €20

Cashback is calculated only on the €80 of the full-price product.

€80 × 5% = €4 cashback credit

The product on sale does not generate cashback.

On which purchases is cashback calculated?

Cashback is recognized exclusively when all these conditions are met:

• the order is placed online on the DanzaShop website;
• the customer falls within the subjects admitted to the program;
• the purchased product is eligible for the program;
• the product is purchased at full price;
• the order is correctly associated with the customer.

Purchases made in the physical store do not generate cashback.

Products excluded from cashback

The following do not generate cashback:

• products on sale;
• already discounted products;
• products on promotion;
• products purchased under reserved commercial conditions;
• gift cards;
• shipping costs;
• customs duties;
• ancillary services;
• any products or categories specifically excluded by DanzaShop.

DanzaShop may establish further exclusions for specific products, brands or promotional campaigns.

How to use cashback credit

The accumulated cashback credit is credited directly to your personal balance. There are no minimum usage thresholds. You can also use cashback if you have accumulated amounts lower than traditional points programs.

Example:

• You have accumulated €2.50 in cashback.
• The credit is already available.
• You can use it on your next online purchase.

Cashback credit can only be used:

• on the danzashop.com website;
• for subsequent online purchases;
• on eligible products;
• according to the conditions of the program.

Cashback cannot be used on the order that generated it.

Validity of cashback credit

The accumulated cashback credit is valid for:

180 days from the credit date

Each amount of accumulated cashback follows its own expiration date.

Example:

• On September 10, you earn €5 in cashback.
• The credit will be available for 180 days from the credit date.

If the credit is not used within the expected period, it will be automatically cancelled.

DanzaShop may send informative communications to remind the customer of the credit availability and upcoming expiration date.

Online purchases and customer account

DanzaShop Cashback is valid exclusively for online purchases.

Purchases made in the physical store:

• do not generate cashback;
• do not increase the available balance;
• do not allow the use of credit earned online.

To use the program correctly, it is necessary to:

• make purchases through your customer account;
• use the same email address associated with the program.

Orders placed with different data may not be automatically linked to the same cashback balance.

Foreign customers

DanzaShop Cashback is also available for customers residing abroad, including private customers and dance schools admitted to the program.

The same conditions apply to foreign customers admitted to the program as for Italian customers:

• 5% cashback;
• valid exclusively online;
• calculated only on full-price products;
• usable only on the DanzaShop website.

The following do not generate cashback:

• shipping costs;
• customs duties;
• ancillary costs.

Participation in the program remains subject to the possibility of placing orders to the selected destination country.

Increased cashback and special campaigns

During certain promotional periods, DanzaShop may activate special campaigns with increased cashback.

Campaigns may be communicated through:

• DanzaShop website;
• newsletter;
• social networks;
• promotional banners;
• other official channels.

Increased cashback will be valid exclusively:

• within the indicated period;
• on the products or categories involved;
• for private customers;
• on online purchases;
• according to the specific conditions of the campaign.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

In case of:

• total return;
• partial return;
• order cancellation;
• refund;
• non-payment of the order (in which case the cashback does not accrue or, if already paid out, is cancelled according to the same procedures provided for the other cases listed above);

the cashback related to the affected products may be cancelled or recalculated.

If the customer has already used cashback credit that is subsequently cancelled due to a return, DanzaShop may recover the corresponding amount from the available cashback balance or from future accumulated credits. The recovery of the credit is not subject to the 180-day validity period provided for regularly accumulated cashback.

The customer cannot retain cashback related to returned or refunded products.

Cashback credit limitations

Cashback:

• is not convertible into cash;
• cannot be refunded;
• cannot be transferred to third parties;
• cannot be used in the physical store;
• cannot be used on already discounted products;
• cannot be used to purchase gift cards;
• cannot be used to pay for shipping costs or ancillary costs.

Any cumulation with other discount codes or promotions will be established by DanzaShop based on the applicable conditions.

Program changes

DanzaShop reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the DanzaShop Cashback program.

Changes may concern:

• cashback percentage;
• accumulation methods;
• credit duration;
• eligible products;
• excluded products;
• usage methods;
• promotional campaigns;
• participation conditions.

Any changes will be communicated through the DanzaShop website or other official channels.

Suspension from the program

DanzaShop may suspend or exclude a customer from the program in case of:

• fraudulent use of cashback;
• creation of multiple accounts to obtain undue advantages;
• improper use of promotions;
• communication of false information;
• violation of the program conditions.

In these cases, DanzaShop may cancel the available cashback credit.
