Support to help strengthen the muscles of the plantar arch, made of silicone. As with wearing a new shoe, the feet will need to adapt to the perfect fit and overall arch support. You may therefore experience muscular soreness on the soles of the feet and/or along the sides of the arch. Begin by limiting wear time to about 30 minutes per session; as the arch memory develops, gradually increase up to 2 hours. Once removed, any tendon discomfort should subside within an hour at most. This support will help stabilize and strengthen the feet.
