Resistance Band for Strengthening A0925 by Bloch
Used by dancers of all ages and flexibility levels to target and strengthen specific areas, the latex band is available in three resistance levels.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (using foot-strengthening exercises as an example):
- While seated barefoot on the floor, hold the ends of the band in your hands
- Place the band under the forefoot
- Pull the ends of the band toward your body to create the desired resistance
- Flex and point the foot to increase its strength and flexibility
