The medium vamp is U shaped with long lateral wings in order to support more the feet and the metatarsus. The 3/4 insole is orthopedic and is made of thermoformanle materials covered with Memory foam in order to make it lightweight. The box is made of natural materials and it is adjustable to any arch foot. Forefront padding and pillow like insole ensure confort and coziness.
